going back to argentina from australia, food worries?


going back to argentina from australia, food worries?
i wanna give the exchange student a can of milo, vegimite, nutella and milo cereal to take back to argentina. do you think customs will take it off her at the airport?

G'day Barry Benson, Thank you for your question. I wouldn't think so. Mind you I would check with the Argentinian embassy whether it is OK to take it back to Argentina. Regards

As a general rule packaged (that is seals bottles, boxes, jars etc) of processed food a not a problem. Unprocessed foods may contain parasite and diseasse, but anything that is packup tight, like a jar of vegemite will not be a problem.
