I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and my student visa was actually free.I am not sure if they still are but you have to apply for it through the embassy. I believe you can fill out a form online. You should check online for visa information and print or fill out a form for it. Traveling around is easy once you are there...trains, buses, taxis, remises. Have fun and buena suerte
