Which to choose for a week vaca: Budapest (Hungary), Buenos Aires (Argentina), or Singapore?
I am a college student and our school sponsors a one-week trip for all students. Each student gets to choose among those 3. Anyone who has been to any of these countries have any comments/ideas on where I should decide to go? I am looking to have fun and do site-seeing. Edit: I would love any details you can add for why you suggest a specific country. Thanks!

Honestly, for a college student, Buenos Aires is the way to go. There are a lot of young people there and it's "the other city that never sleeps." There are a lot of sites to see, my favorite being Recoleta Cemetery. A lot of the people are friendly, but you have to have to keep your guard up to avoid having your pockets picked (or in a very rare case, worse). But in general, if you stay in the nicer parts of the city (which is where everything is) you'll be ok. The biggest reason you should go, is because its cheap. If you go to Singapore, their dollar is 1.46 to the US dollar. I am not sure if Hungary uses the Euro or not, but if you go to Europe its usually more expensive for Americans. But Buenos Aires on the other hand is cheap, 1 dollar to 3.8 peso. Products are cheaper down there, clothes, leather goods, food and so on. So if you want to spend money (even though you school is sponsoring it, you'll be able to spend and do more in BA than the other two choices. One of the best things, is that if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you can have food delivered to almost anywhere that you are staying, its great! The biggest thing is just safety. There are places in the city that you just don't go. And never go out at night alone no matter where you are. If it is night time and you have to travel, be safe and take a taxi. The subway is very good during the day, but you may want to avoid it at night. And the buses are very cheap, but you don't want to be taking them alone and never ever at night.
